To return a product at 2ndhddcaddy.co.uk, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by submitting an RMA request. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. Anything returned without notification will be refused and returned to sender.

2ndhddcaddy.co.uk strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

DEFECTIVE - returns can be returned directly to 2ndhddcaddy.co.uk within 30 days receipt, at 2ndhddcaddy.co.uk's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
All our products have a one-year warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned a year since the date of purchase.
If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting a RMA number. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days since the issue date of RMA. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made. The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.

However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
